1.Creating and updating relevant FAQ and knowledge base content for customers

2.Writing professional email templates for our extensive and growing range of websites

3. Reviewing and monitoring communication between CS staff and customers on forum

s, social media, Livechat and key CRM channels

4. Assisting and reporting problems to the Foreign CS Consultant

5. other tasks requested by Foreign CS Consultant or management
Candidate Requirements:

Our English Content Writer will provide content writing support to our Customer Service Consultant. This is a full time office job.
Proficient English Speaker – ideally English, International Business, or Communications major

Strong English writing abilities – native or fluent – with excellent typing

Customer-oriented: friendly, patient and positive

Open-minded and willing to succeed in multi-cultural working environment

Minimum of 6 months’ work experience in any: Customer Service, Copywriting, Social Media, Translation, or Teaching; work examples may be requested

Must be currently in China
